My First Bathroom Experience

When I looked at Isaiah's face this morning he was definitely trying to tell me something. I decided to put him on the toilet (just in case). Guess what? He went #2 and he was soooo proud. He had a huge smile on his face. I had a huge smile on my face too. How neat!!!

Fun with Grand"mama" and Grand "papa"

Grandma pulling Isaiah around

While we were volunteering at the Franklin Graham festival, Isaiah had a lot of fun with Grandma (that he calls "mama"...with a French accent), and Grandpa( that he calls "Papa"...no accent). He's annoyed in the bottom picture because I was calling his name too many times. I think he's saying "Come on mommy, can't you leave me alone! Can't you see grandma is taking me for a ride?!!!"

The Bike Ride

The bikers from our church

Eric getting ready
Here he goes...
Nothing can stop him anymore...

Eric was part of the Franklin Graham Bike Ride. He biked with 800+ other bikers. He had the time of his life. Unfortunately the day was really hot, so his arms and his head got really burned.
He also almost got arrested because he was looking to hide from the sun and the only place with a little shade was near the stage where Franklin was giving his speech. When Eric started going towards the stage the guards looked for their guns and all the eyes were on him.

Italian Fest

Isaiah loves playing in the mulch

Isaiah and Eric danced for a while
In lack of anything better to do, we went to the Italian Fest last night. We had lamb spiedies (yuck!), conolis (yum), pizza and Italian Ice.
The festival wasn't very impressive, but the food was worth it...I guess.

Do you even care to guess what Eric is doing?

More Zoo pictures

Isaiah checking out the birds

After we saw all the animals, Anna treat us to an ice-cream (yum!!!) then we all got so tired (the heat!!!) and we went to the carousel. Braden couldn't walk anymore (he did such a great job), so Anna said: "Do you want a piggy ride?" I couldn't believe my eyes!!! One baby on the front, the other one on her back...and she was still smiling.
